The Hollis Police Department must, as a matter of New Hampshire court rules and procedures, prosecute all departmental cases at the District Court level, which includes all criminal and motor vehicle violations and misdemeanors. All cases originating from the Hollis Police Department are adjudicated at the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division, which is located at 30 Spring Street in the city of Nashua. This court also serves the Nashua and Hudson Police Departments, and is the busiest District Court in the entire state of New Hampshire.
