Planning Board
PURPOSE: To review and approve applications for subdivisions and site plans; to prepare amendments to the zoning ordinance; to update the Master Plan.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Board members cannot discuss upcoming or ongoing cases with the public outside of the public meeting. Attempting to email, phone or send mail to individual Board members to voice your opinion could potentially taint the outcome of the case, giving adequate cause for an appeal. If you cannot attend the meeting in person and wish to voice your opinion on a specific case, letters or emails addressed to the entire Board should be submitted to the secretary at town hall prior to the scheduled meeting.
Per Rules of Procedures Section G. Meetings 17:
Notwithstanding other material submission timing requirements for Planning Board consideration and in order to provide time for due consideration by Board members, correspondence related to an agenda item must be received by the Planning Department no later than the Town Hall close of business the Wednesday before a meeting. Correspondence received after this deadline will be held and then distributed to Board members for the next relevant Planning Board meeting.
