Formal Announcement on Invitation to Bid

Sealed bids, plainly marked, “Police Department Facility – Parking Lot Paving” addressed to the Hollis Police Department, 9 Silver Lake Road, Hollis, NH, 03049. Proposals will be accepted until June 14, 2019 1p.m. Proposals received after 1:00 P.M. will be placed in the file unopened and will not be considered.  Actual bid opening will be at Hollis Town Hall, 7 Monument Square in Hollis NH at 2:00 P.M.

This project consists of performing repairs to existing parking lot surface and apply an overlay of hot mix bituminous concrete to a portion of the lot.

If you have any questions pertaining to the submittal process or require additional information, please contact Joseph Hoebeke, Chief of Police. In consideration to all those submitting a bid, no oral interpretation will be given to any bidder as to the meaning of specification documents or any part thereof. Every request for such a consideration shall be made in writing. Email Joseph Hoebeke at jhoebeke@hollisnh.org by June 13, 2019. Based upon such inquiry, the Town may wish to issue an addendum.

The Town reserves the right, after bid opening and prior to award of the contract, to modify the amount of the work in the event that bids exceed budgeted amounts. The Town of Hollis further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to re-bid, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
