No Shave Movember

Members of the Hollis Police Department and Hollis Communications Center participating in No Shave Movember to benefit the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD)
No Shave Movember

Operation "No Shave Movember" has gone into effect today, November 1st, and will continue until November 30th.

As Chief of Police, I have temporarily suspended the appearance policy for a fundraiser during the month of November. For a $100.00 donation, officers and members of the Hollis Communications Center may grow a beard or mustache and it also allows the females to get involved and paint their nails police blue or have a thin blue line in their hair.

The proceeds will go to Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD). Members of the public are invited to make a donation to CHaD via Officer Lucas Ilges at the Hollis Police Department. No cash please and checks can be paid to the Order of Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD).

Yes, we'll have some fun with this, but ultimately our hearts are with the sick children and their families, who are facing challenging and scary times. We pray for all these children and their families!

Let the itchy growth begin!!
