Residential Burglary - Rocky Pond Road

On 6/12/19, at approximately 10:00 PM, residents of a Rocky Pond Rd address returned home to find that their house had been burglarized at some point during the day. Entry was gained into the house by way of breaking a window.

This investigation is in it's early stages, with little information that can be released at this time. The Hollis Police Department is asking anyone that may have been in the area of Rocky Pond Rd on 6/12/19, and who may have seen anything suspicious to please contact Sgt. Jon Tate at 603-465-7637.

This is the second burglary reported to the Hollis Police Department in the past two weeks. Residents are reminded to take precautions to protect their property when not at home. Securing doors and windows, settings alarms, and ensuring video surveillance equipment is working properly are all effective deterrents to criminal activity. As always, we ask that residents call us when they see anything out of place in their neighborhoods.
